The rental agreement for Casa di Sandra is concluded upon written booking confirmation. Holidu bookings are also subject to the platform’s terms.

Direct bookings are binding once confirmed, payable immediately in full by bank transfer and non-refundable. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation on fixed dates under section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. No pets; non-smoking apartment. Final cleaning €140.00, cot €25.00, additional guest €25.00. One free parking space at the house.

Binding arrival and departure times are stated in the confirmation. Guests must observe the house rules and quiet hours and are liable for culpably caused damage.

All guests, including children, must provide identity details for the statutory Alloggiati Web registration. Tourist tax is €2.00 per person/night; guests up to 14 are exempt; payable in cash locally.

German law applies; mandatory Italian rules concerning the property remain unaffected. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
